At the beginning of this month I started a new job and I found myself finally back in a stable routine. 9-5, Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. I could eat at regular meal times again! I could sleep regular hours! I would get a regular wage! It’s been something of a revelation.
However, I have hit upon something of an issue… lunches.
Because I am a fussy bugger, slightly squashed, soggy sandwiches just won’t do, and so I’m faced with a problem. What do you put in your packed lunch when sandwiches aren’t an option? So far, I’ve explored sandwich-like things such as baguettes and wraps, various types of salads and dinner leftovers. I have a feeling this may well be it. I may have exhausted all my options…
